Previously agreed, we would be glad to have as guests your beloved furry family friends! Here they will find their second home in the middle of the nature.
We inform you that considered the large perimeter of the land, the house does not have a fence.
We have a dog and her name is Sole. She is been sterilized and she is extraordinarily good and sociable with adults, children, dogs and cats, nevertheless we have as well a male cat, Ugo.
We recommend to advise when you are booking with us the number of the animals taking with you. All size dogs are welcomed as long as they are friendly and not aggressive, but if so unfortunately it won’t be possible have them in Cascina Gretaio.
There will be a daily supplement of € 5,00 each pet per night. This extra will cover all the addition costs for maintain the rooms standards in order to guarantee a comfortable stay to the next guests.
Together with your booking we underline that you will fulfilled all your responsibilities due to possible damages caused by your pet on the same property.
Services included
on the property:
Sheets, bathroom towels, kitchen towels and 4 swimming pool towels. For your children (1 cradle, 1 camping bed). Swimming pool ,1 laundry per day, WI Fi, electric, home delivery for sourced local products (wine and meat). We inform our guests that our WI FI has a good coverage and speed for ordinary connections but is not suitable for watching movies.

The laundry service is allowed once per day and cost € 5,00 each washing; daily cleaning or when you wish cost € 12,00 per hour; the final compulsory cleaning cost € 30,00 per stay for un maximum of 6 persons; € 60,00 per stay for un maximum of 12 persons. Over 12 persons will be charged € 80,00.
Home massages and beauty treatments.
In the price of your stay is included the exclusive use of the villa and swimming pool. It is not included the tourist tax which is € 1,00 per guest per day, excluding children up to 14 years old.
The booking will be automatically confirmed once paid a deposit of 30% of the total price of your stay and it will be hold in case of cancellation. In case of advance departure or delayed arrival the full amount of your stay will be held.
The deposit can be paid through a bank transfer and these bank details will be send after the booking request via e-mail.
The difference left over of your final cost of stay has to be paid cash or bank transfer on arrival.
Cascina Gretaio is a no smoking villa in the bedrooms and the bathrooms. It is allowed to smoke moderately in the kitchen area.
